Cardio Tennis is a high-energy group fitness activity that combines the fudamentals of tennis with cardio-style drills and music. Sessions focus on continuous movement, footwork and stroke repitition to boost endurance, coordination and calorie burn while still teaching tennis skills in a fun, social enviorment.
